| In the morning, after breakfast, proceed to see some spectacular sights in Munnar covering Mount Carmel, the first Catholic Church in the high ranges, tea factory, Mattapetty Lake, cattle breeding centre, Top Station-the topmost point in Munnar. Evening at leisure. Overnight Munnar. |

| Day 5 : Munnar - Thekkady |
| HIGHLIGHT of Thekkady : Boat Ride in Lake Periyar and visit to Periyar sanctuary -the best sanctuary in India for watching and photographing elephants at close quarters. |
| Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkady (120 Kms/4Hrs). Arrival and check in to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for enjoying the natural wonders of Thekkady. Later enjoy the boat ride at the Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. (Subject to sighting). Overnight in Thekkady. |

| The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake in Kerala, a state in India. Geographically, it is located at 9.35 North and 76.26 East.
